Exercise Inc is a chain of five private personal training studiios. For 19 years, we've been helping our clients become stronger and healthier in 20 Minutes A Week through strength training, simple nutrition, and one-on-one coaching. We work hard to maintain a professional culture that is fun and team oriented.

No prior experience required. If you are passionate about helping people, we can train you to be a fitness coach. If you like to help people make lasting, positive changes in their lives, and you are motivated to work hard to learn how to make enough money for you and your family to thrive, then this job is for you. We have been in the fitness business for 25 years, and we have developed a proven process for training motivated people to become the best personal fitness coaches in the business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coaching clients through their weekly 20-minute workouts.
• Educating and motivating clients to reach their weight loss goals through our Simple 9 nutritional program.
• Networking within the community to build brand awareness, establish relationships, and bring qualified prospects to our doors.
• You will be required to sell our services through our strategic sales process.
• You will be required to support the daily operations of the business (which do include cleaning and taking out the trash).

This position begins as a 12-week paid educational period in which you will be trained on our programs and begin working to become certified through a nationally accredited organization. The beginning salary for this position is $40,000 with full benefits. Within three to five years, our full-time coaches earn $60,000 to $90,000 a year. Some of our coaches earn $100,000 .

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or at least ten years’ experience in the work force
• Sincere desire to help others
• Exceptional listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An open mind with the ability to learn
• Enthusiastic, friendly personality
• Ability to work at least two evenings a week until 7:00 pm
• Ability to work at 6:00 am if needed.

Exercise Inc is a group of privately-owned personal training studios serving the Indianapolis market since 2004. We currently have locations in Avon, Brownsburg, Greenwood, and Zionsville. We help our clients reach their fitness goals with our 20-minute, once a week workout, and our Simple 9 nutritional program. We are passionate about what we do. Our mission is to help people become stronger, healthier and more energetic, so they can enjoy life.

Please understand that we are not a traditional exercise facility, and this is not a traditional personal training position. If you are hired, you will be required to do a lot of reading and continued learning during your training and throughout your employment with our company. We never stop training and learning in a constant effort to improve what we do every day.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
